It was a one meeting interview. I met with 4 of the team members who discussed their expectations of the Admin role. They were transparent in telling me that the department at that time was under organizational restructuring and asked if I was comfortable with that.

This is one of the worst interview experience I've ever had. They conducted 5rounds of interview and rejected me on the last round. The admin panelist wanted an EA to have hands on experience with their internal company tools. How is it possible for someone to know it even without a training?
