I find it disrespectful because there was no case study interview during the interview and you supposed to be judged after you got a case study, not before.

You're first sent an email to take a short Codility challenge to test your coding abilities. After taking the test, you need to wait just to receive an automated response from the HR team that you have been rejected. I understand it may be tough for HR's to shortlist candidates, but improve your processes when the candidate has taken the time to complete the challenge(and scored a 100% on the test), you can show enough empathy to at least share some feedback. Would not personally ever interview here again.
