Then on the same day or other day they arrange interview with the HOD in my case Director of Sales to meet you. That is the round which generally determine whether the company will select you or not. If the Director has selected you then they send you to GM interview, which is a short interview where GM asks about general information and most of the cases approves the application until something very odd comes up.
