Taisei interview questions

The application process is as follows: 1) 1st screening (Zoom) 2) Entry sheet submission 3) SPI test 4) On-site Interview It was a 2 months process. During the on-site interview in Tokyo, I entered a room with 5 members of high level positions from Taisei company that interviewed me in Japanese. The interview lasted for 15 minutes only.
