Really great and thought-provoking questions! The team always wants you to feel comfortable with them and get to know them as a person. I loved how they also asked me how as a company they can help me achieve my goals too.

Online application with CV and cover letter. Followed by a phone interview with HR. Next, it was a face-to-face meeting with HR and one of the founders, with the same exact questions as the phone interview.

I applied online and got an email from the recruiter after about 3 days.
The first step was a video interview with the recruiter, where I was asked the standard basic questions. After the interview, the recruiter said "I have no issue progressing you to the second stage, well done" - 9 days later I received a generic rejection e-mail with no explanation why. Not professional.

The interview process, while it was a multi-step process was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had! The team at Tailify created such a welcoming environment and a safe space to speak openly in every stage of the interview process which allowed me to relax and speak openly and honestly. Every interview just felt like a very stimulating conversation!
