Tailify Software Customer Success Associate interview questions

I interviewed in September 2020 and the process took 5 weeks. I participated in 5 steps of the interview process. My understanding was that there would have been up to two more steps after this which I thought was quite a lot. Step 1: Submitting video responses to interview questions Step 2: Video call with recruitment where I was asked the exact same questions I'd already answered in my video responses. Step 3: Video call with strategic person. Was asked questions about my experience Step 4: Completed a 3 part task done on my own time. involved writing sample emails, analysing a slide for errors and responding creatively to a brief Step 5: Video call with head of growth. Aske about my interests, experience, why I wanted to work there. In general I found the interview process enjoyable, everyone was nice and I actually really liked the written task. I was very disappointed with the way the recruiter handled telling me I was unsuccessful. Her rejection email included emojis and a list of articles "they love and think you will too". I just felt like it was way too flippant given the immense stress candidates are under from COVID job loss.
