The interview was very dedicated to finding a role that best fit the position. They asked a lot of skill based questions and then scoped out your personality to see if you would work well with the diverse team here.

Interview
Interviewing at Ristken was a very unique experience. The first one was a phone interview where they asked a lot of technical questions related to OOPS, inheritance, composition etc. The in person interview was scheduled immediately. Got a very warm surprise welcome in the lobby.....Their facility is pretty neat. The office is really fancy and everyone is really friendly. Makes you feel like you want to work there. The in person interview was quite painless where it felt like you were understanding each other instead of them asking you a series a questions. Was definitely a fun experience. They immediately made an offer and the whole process was well managed.

I had one interview F2F, was hired same day, but normally a phone interview then 1:1 and also a tech test or interview, but if you know your stuff then people interviewing are very friendly and easy going. nice easy going stuff / panel interview. Again they just want knowledgeable, enthusiast, friendly, easygoing co-worker. If you are that person or give that impression at the interview- you are in!
