I worked with a recruiter who went back and forth between the Employer and I. Took about 10 days for interview #1 to take place on the phone. It was a 1 hour phone call. It is an in person job.

They wanted to know my administrative experience, how comfortable I was with excel/slack, how I work with difficult personalities, if I am used to working with high end clientele.
