Very quick. Wanting to know if you can handle fast pace environment. Looks for good attitude and willingness to work long hours. Want to know how you handle customers. Wants to know your experience with customer service. / if you have any food service experience. Let’s you know the dress code. Company had policies about piercings and such but it’s kinda store to store because they didn’t mind my gauges nose ring or lip piercing.
Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.
