I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taco Bell in Mar 2007
Interview
I talked to the general manager at the store and she referred me to the area manager because of my experience. I have worked as manager before and have worked in food service for 10 years. I had a couple of phone interviews with both the general manager and the area manager. Then a one on one with the general manager. Advice: Be very focused on customer service and being a hard worker.
