I sat and waited for about a half hour. The manager came and asked me my availability, why I deserve the job, and any work experience I may have that would better help me prosper in this environment.

Interview
They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
