Question 1
What is your knowledge/experience with tools they use
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Taboola (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Interview process began with an 20 minute recruiter screen, and then a take home coding challenge. A few weeks later, a video panel interview was scheduled with 2 SWE (mixture of technical and behavior). Technical questions were on the level of Leetcode Easy/Medium.
Personal Notes: Though the recruiting team was generally responsive and helpful through the process, I felt that the SWEs interviewing me didn't want to be there. Interview had to be rescheduled twice since they were too busy, and interviewers arrived late. One of the interviews really displayed his dislike towards me, stopping me when I was coding and basically ended the interview. As a candidate, I did not feel respected and loss interest even before I was rejected.
