I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Taboola (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
Following my Recruiter conversation, I had a total of 4 other virtual interviews, which the team coordinated well so at least two of them were back-to-back in the same day. Everyone that I spoke with was transparent and it was one of the few interview experiences I've had where I felt like it wasn't just a Q&A session, rather, they were genuinely listening to me, and getting to know the type of professional I am, and not just from my resume. I appreciated that the people I met with didn't seem to be looking for perfection and that there was a humanistic element to our dialogue. Just from my interviews alone, I was able to tell that this is a truly collaborative environment that supports growth and seeing "mistakes" as opportunities for improvement.

I interviewed at Taboola (Bangkok)
Interview
Process was fine, if not perfunctory. I can't say that the interviewer seemed incredibly engaged, but I also know they are having to meet lots of folks throughout the day. Overall the major disappointment was the communication/follow-up. I think all companies can improve in that area.

Interview
Long but efficient process, the HR always let you know where you stand.
You have to meet your direct manager, his manager, your team and other colleagues.
Their offices are very welcoming, and overall- the process seems professional and fair.
