applied online, got a phone interview with a software engineer directly. hiring process was pretty good and the interviewer was friendly and patient. talked about the company and basic knowledge related to data structure and algorithm (for instance: compare Array and ArrayList, pros and cons of each). as a new grad, maybe the background or the projects I have done do not match the position closely, have not heard from the company till now.
