I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tablespoon in Apr 2023
Interview
Probably one of the more disorganized interview process I’ve had. First was interview with the hiring manager, then a teammate, then with the founder/CEO. I did not get any feedback after the third interview, not even to say I didn’t get the position.
Thank you for taking the time to share feedback on your interview experience with Tablespoon. I apologize for the lack of communication following your third interview - our goal is to provide feedback on all hiring decisions and I regret that we dropped the ball here. If we met you through a recruiter it's also possible that feedback was communicated to the recruiter and not shared with you. Either way I appreciate you sharing your experience so we can continue to work on improving our recruitment processes. Sincerely, Andrew Lester
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tablespoon (Kansas City, KS) in Dec 2022
Interview
Fully virtual interview process which makes sense as they are a remote only company. The interview process was very slow and not very organized. I follow up multiple times to keep the interview process going, and at the end was completely ghosted after multiple rounds of interviews. Not worth it.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tablespoon (Allen, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
The application process took four months and included a preliminary assessment and two interviews. The interviews were conducted by the CEO. Tablespoon is a small company and with the CEO having to wear multiple hats, it was understandable the process was somewhat slow. I was ultimately not chosen, but the CEO sent me a personalized email explaining the reasoning to move forward with another candidate.
