It was fast and easy, they looked over my resume and asked me about my skills. They asked what kind of employment I was looking for, I showed them my tickets that I have and asked me about my experience in the job I was applying for.

Interview
We had a Skype interview as I was then in Germany. A HR manager and an engineer interviewed me. The questions were rather generic. They also had an online test following the interview, which I believe was the reason why I got the position.

There was one preliminary interview with HR and Plant manager, then another including a weld test. both of the Interviewers were very friendly and established some rapport with what we had in common (sports - hockey) Made a good impression to want to work for them.
