Was extremely easy, and was offered a position within 15 minutes of interviewing. Drivers and movers are high turnover so as long as you look professional, speak professionally, and don't give them an obvious reason to not hire you, you'll get the job.
Interview was a sit-down conversation with a local manager. We discussed job responsibilities as well as my motivation for interest in the position. It was a fairly simple and stress-free process.
