      6 Jun 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Austin, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TWIA (Austin, TX) in May 2019

      Interview

I was first contacted by the recruiter for a 30 minute call. I was told on the call they would setup a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was kept informed and sent scheduling information via email. I had an hour phone interview with the hiring manager a few days later. The hiring manager said that the recruiter would follow up in the next few days. The recruiter called the next week to setup an in person interview and to have me complete an online assessment. The assessment took about 90 minutes to complete. The in person interview was with the hiring manager and lasted about an hour. The recruiter followed up a few days later to setup a second in person interview with the VP of the relevant department. The second in person interview lasted about an hour as well. A few hours after the second interview, the recruiter called to extend an offer.

      Question 1

Not sure what the question was but I hesitated in my answer to make sure I was communicating clearly and the interviewer cut me off! "I need some one dynamic and decisive" guess I shot myself in the foot on that one.

      Question 2

I was asked to do an impromptu business requirement gathering session with a couple of people and then write up the requirements and some user scenarios.
