Interview with the centre and team supervisors. Conducted in Cantonese. Duration about 15-20 mins Started with self-introduction, the interviewer then asked about questions/circumstances related to the job duties, personality, strength and weakness, and any related experience with the service users. No written test required

Only one round of interview and written test required, which the interview process is simpler than other non-governmental organisations. You get to talk to your direct supervisor and general manager at the same time.
