The interview was done by a young Associate Producer who seemed to have very little experience interviewing applicants. The interview itself was somewhat disorganized and the interviewer seemed distracted by other tasks. I arrived early for interview but was told to wait in a room for a while past the scheduled time. This bureau did not come across as well organized as I expected from a Japanese broadcaster but this office might be an exception.
