A long and hard test to do online. Not really worth it as it takes arround 2 hours. Later they call you and ask few questions on phone. After all you invited to their office for basic interview. Nothing serious just basic chat as everywhere else.

The interview was great and all. Everyone was nice and the host was nice as well. They asked questions and asked if I had experience in thing that dealt with customer service. I didn't have any, but it was very, VERY disappointing how they still invited me to an interview and knew what I put on my application. How can you even still invite someone for an interview knowing they don't have experience? On top of that, I feel like they should try to at least consider people who never worked before plus they even had training. I was very highly disappointed on how they were. I also wanted part-time because I am a college student. Another thing was right after the interview I got an email basically saying my background and experience wasn't strong enough. Again, it was a horrible experience. How can they just now be seeing the application.
