Se realizo una entrevista inicial donde se filtro por el nivel de ingles, después se realizo una entrevista personal y un examen para calificar aptitudes, ingles y personalidad. Al final te llaman de nuevo para checar los resultados y ver si eres buen candidato

Interview
Position required an online customer service skills test, a personality test, a logic/reasoning test, and a college-level Spanish language test. Despite all that, you still have to interact with an AI/automated "recruiter." The assessments took longer than promised, too.

Online application, assessments, interview and takes a month to get a decision. Overall not that great of a process could have been more open with their communication. Get emails but no real updates.
