TELETECH UP-AYALA TECHNOHUB: The first process is the Online Examination and if you passed the Online Exam the next process is the Interview like the Initial Interview you will be ask about yourself and more common questions and if you passed the interview the last process is the Call Simulation(before the call simulation the HR review and coach us first which really took me by surprised!)

After the Call Simulation; you will be interviewed again by the HR asking what the call is all about,what did you do,why did you choose this, how did you end the call.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
