I applied in-person. I interviewed at TTEC (Bacolod, Bacolod) in Jun 2016
Interview
My hiring process took roughly a month. The day I submitted my application is the same day I had my intial interview and took the exam. Unfortunately, the account where I want to be assigned to was not hiring any agents so I had to wait for a week for a call back. A week after my application, I had to take another exam for a specific LOB. On the third week, I had my panel interview with the site supervisors.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
