I Applied online first. Then you'll receive follow up email inviting you to do an assessment test. Then they send you an email and asked you to schedule an interview via email. Its a one on one interview at the company. Your asked about your past employment history and your goals. Discussed job requirements. I found it to be a very friendly organized and structured company .

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
