You are first screened by HR and then directly by your 2 possible bosses, ll my interviews were over the phone. I spoke to the Executive director and the VP of operations for about an hour each and I received a formal offer that same afternoon.

Quite informal, and quick. All parties had cleae their goal in mind and basically went at it. It was broken into 3 interviews, not much to say, rigth aftet passing those, i got the offer.
