They had a multi-staged employment process following the below steps:
1. Online Interview with the HR of the company
2. In House Technical Test on several programming languages
3. Interview with several team leaders, to see which teams were interested in you.

Interview
Java/Microservices profile: 1 HackerRank test + 2 technical rounds + 1 Managerial.
The HackerRank test had 3 programming questions based on DSA. Difficulty above average.
The 2 technical interviews were a little difficult because there were absolutely no verbal questions and only programming skills were analyzed. Problem solving and coding skills is a must.
Lastly the managerial round was a breeze since it was just a discussion about roles/responsibilities and company background and projects.

To count the continuous frequency of characters occurring in a string.
Finding third largest number in an array.
Converting a decimal to a binary number.
and a few more problems.
All problems to be solved without using prebuilt libraries or functions.

Interview
Initially they have conducted written test which consists of questions related to Asp.net, CSS and Javascript. Later technical interview with 3 guyz and anoyher round with senior technical guy.
Later i had interview with HR, he told me about the job description and ask me to wait.
Atlast Hr came and did the salary discussion.
