Applied online , received a text message to schedule an phone screening. Phone screening was basic, was asked about what I knew about the company and to be honest there isn't much online or any accomplishments that would make someone want to work there. After the phone screening was told by the recruiter Calvin, that he would reach back out to me for a Zoom interview, well the next day, he called to say that "I am no longer being considered". One thing that I look for in a company is diversity, which this company clearly lacks.
