Interview
I was called by the recruiting agent, Mickey Chappell, and was asked why I wanted to have this job. After a discussion with her she wanted to give my name and resume to the hiring manager and we set up an interview time. After that we had some interaction though email to confirm details and for her to send me the Teams link for the video interview. I then had my interview with Heather Mares on Wednesday and was hired that following Monday for the position. The whole process was very fast and accurate and I enjoyed it. I think TSP did a great job with the entire engagement.

Interview
The recruiter was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the position. My interview with management was casual and focused. The focus was ensuring I was a good fit for the task needed for this position.
