Interview
There was a couple of interviews, usually 3 to 4 interviews between some manager at Arizona and some Taiwanese engineers. The last interview would be with HR. They mostly ask questions regarding things I put on my resume and some questions regarding how I handle some team situation.

Question 1
If Intel or Micron offered a higher salary to a somewhat same position, would you take that job instead of this one?
In total two phases, after their CV screening. Really interested in getting to know you and making you feel heard. Explained everything in detail and plenty of time to ask questions. Timeline for their decision was also clearly stated.
really quick to schedule first round of interview, which was in person. second round was online with HR, and it took a bit of time to schedule. it took quite a bit of time to get an offer letter.

standard interview questions: biggest challenge at last work, accomplishment...etc
The managers were polite and nice and asked a lot of questions. They tried to understand how the candidate deal with their work back in school and in the previous jobs.
