Straightforward interview. Mostly interested in your work ethic and ability to learn quickly. Technical questions asked about previous projects and how one approaches new problems. Must express willingness to learn and work hard.
first interview was behavioral with getting to know your boss. it was good and straightforward and the interview went very well. there are also assessments that must be done prior to the interview.

how are your capabilities for adapting to new working environments?
One interview, asked mostly about resume and experience. Asked further questions about the experiences that u say. Was not too difficult but def know whats on ur resume quite thoroughly.
The pre-interview consisted of a three-question written test. The main purpose of the interview was to get to know each other. First, I gave a self-introduction using a PPT presentation. Then, he asked about my work experience and reasons for leaving my previous job. After I answered truthfully, he introduced his department and job responsibilities.
Finally, he asked about the written test, but because I didn't do well on it, I guessed it was just the written test and therefore didn't get a further chance.
