Screening call with HR was pretty standard. They moved very slowly with my application but very friendly and helpful. 2nd round was a panel interview and was given a writing prompt afterwards. They gave me two documents to reference and asked me to create a response to a sample email. I found the writing sample to be complicated and fairly technical.
