I interviewed for the Marketing Coordinator position and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Initially, the interview with the recruiter went very well. She seemed enthusiastic about my qualifications and assured me that she would pass my information along to the hiring manager. I said that I was actively interviewing with other companies but that this position was my top choice, after being asked. She encouraged me to keep her updated on my employment status and assured me she would push things through on her end. Her follow-up email, which included detailed benefits information and costs for my review, reinforced my feeling that I was a strong candidate for the role.
Following her instructions, I kept in touch with her to provide updates on my job search status. However, after my initial follow-up, she became increasingly unresponsive and ghosted me. Despite my efforts to maintain communication, she brushed me off and eventually stopped responding altogether.
In an attempt to get some clarity on my application status, I reached out to the hiring manager, especially after noticing that the job had been reposted. Unfortunately, I received no feedback or acknowledgment from her either.
This experience has left me with a very negative impression of the department and the company as a whole. Their lack of professionalism and transparency is alarming. If this is reflective of the corporate culture at, it's a significant red flag. It's incredibly frustrating to be led on and then completely ghosted by a potential employer. These individuals' behavior reflects very poorly on the company's reputation and makes me question how they treat their employees and other candidates.
I would caution others to be wary of applying here, as this kind of treatment is both disrespectful and unprofessional.
