Great, quick and easy, it was a zoom call during aep season, and then another call to check your computer requirements, they do provide equipment and webcam and etc, must connect to a router
The interview process was short and precise, informative yes, but I still left feeling as though I didn’t have a thorough understanding of the job. Management was professional but the existing employees being onlookers was odd.

Easy Telephone Asked like 5 questions Told about the process Training is 5 intense days- there are quizzes and final exam. If you fail, you will need to re-take training. They provide 2 monitors and other equipment.
