Process started by being reached out via text. Had a phone call then a video interview. Took over a month for them to get back to me. They asked how much I currently made and what my salary expectations were. After giving this information I was completely lowballed with a salary offer that was less than what I had told them I currently made. Job seemed to be a lot of work for little pay and that combined with the informality of texting throughout the interview process led me to not accepting.
