Interview
Each candidate has to go thorough four interviews. Including two technical interviews, one interview with HR and one with COO. Initial two interviews are very crucial. If any candidate survive first two interviews there is a 80% chance that he will get hired. In the last two interviews only two basic qualities are assessed that are communication skills and character (either person is serious and can contribute best for company)

Usually technical questions are tough. Person with basic knowledge and good concepts have no problem in clearing initial stage. Like finding permutation or P-type linked list.
Asked basic questions about OOP, DS, OS and 2-3 Programming Questions. Like Write Program to convert Int to Binary and reverse of that. Find Palindrome of String. . . .

Conducted technical interview Starting from oop to data structures. The interview process was lengthy but not that hard.Didnot receive the offer.The questions were from oop,Databases Data structures, Real scenarios etc
Process was simple just asked OPPS releated questions, focus on logic building skills, at day end if you can solve the programming skills they will hire you, so keep confident and solved online different problems like bubble sort or quick sort etc
