TPO HR Management interview questions

Hey, I done 8 month call centre job. now from Jan 2012 i am working in Haier group as a HR Executive. but here no scope for promotion, therefore i want to get new where i get more experience and learn as well with good salary. in this 6 months experience i would learn as much about HR responsibilities. so finnally i want to get HR managment job.I also did my MBA in HR Management.
