Three rounds of interviews.
First round, was over their phone as a screening process with the VP of operations
Second round was a virtual zoom meeting with the VP of operations. This interview was informational about the company background experience questions asked.
The last interview was another zoom meeting with the VP of operations an introduction to the president of the company. This interview was a recap of the second interview regarding the background of the candidate. Desire salary was discussed and it was a good time to get the feel if the candidate was a good fit for the company and vice versa. An offer was made in this last round of interview.
