It was campus placement with 3 steps.Telephonic, SKYPE technical, HR Telephonic. The process was not continuous as team didn't come to college and all happens through telephonic, SKYPE technical.

Interview
Basic fundamental questions were asked. Questions related to the projects mentioned in the resume were asked. Prior exposure to the design tool mentioned in the job description is advantageous. Interview duration is 15 to 30 minutes.
