HR totalmente assente e non coinvolto nel processo che viene principalmente gestito da un'agenzia esterna. Il colloquio con il country lead è stato in inglese e molto tecnico, mi ha stupito che mi abbia chiesto se fossi sposato. Mai più sentiti dopo due step di interview.

I had decades of experiences as software engineer and I had been both an interviewee and interviewer. This was the worst interview I have ever experienced. The hiring manager was extremely rude and didnt look like he wanted to be there. After my answer to a technical question, I went into detail about the topic and the interviewer straight up told me "stop, I did not ask you that." Furthermore, my questions during interview were answered by single setence responses. A typical Chinese company with a toxic work culture. Stay away if you can
