It was half an hour interview. First 5 questions were asked by Sr. Director quality and remaining by director operations. 1) Tell me something about yourself 2) Take me through a project you've completed 3) What do you understand about RPA and how can you assess / measure R-Factor? 4) What are different kind of control charts 5) What is the difference between "C" chart and "P" chart & what test we perform in case of discrete data 6) What is the difference between R-Square and R-Square (adjusted) - Director Operations 7) Why R. sq is biased, where that biasness comes from; what contributes it? 8) How confident are you and what would be your approach (when comes to understanding the process)?
