The final interview for a Call Center Agent position usually focuses on assessing your overall readiness for the role. One of the key things they asked me during the final interview was to do a mock chat with a customer. In the scenario, the customer was inquiring about the status of their package or order. The goal was to see how I would respond professionally, provide clear information, and show empathy while handling the inquiry in a calm and helpful manner.

All is Good but it may take time to be called. Process cant be done in a day if you will not go in the hub panctually. Interviewer was letting you understand all the question first and not rushing you for giving answers.
It was time consuming but understood it's the way they have to operate to ensure they find the best candidates to fit their projects, after it was over felt ease and a sense of accomplishment. If something needed to be recorded there was multiple attempts given which made it feel relaxed and giving the applier sense of autonomy and ability to give the best impression and high-light ones professionalism.
