The interview at Teleperformance was professional but welcoming. It started with a short screening where they checked my communication skills and asked basic questions about my background. After that, I had a one-on-one interview where they asked me to introduce myself, explain why I wanted to work in the BPO industry, and answer situational questions, like how I would handle a difficult customer. The interviewer was attentive and friendly, which made me feel more comfortable. Overall, the experience was structured, straightforward, and focused on testing my confidence, communication skills, and ability to handle customer service scenarios.

It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.
