El primer filtro es una llamada para revisar tu nivel de inglés, suele ser muy sencilla y de un nivel básico. Si pasas te agendan una entrevista en línea con un examen de idioma, uso de computadora y perfil. Esto lo hacen para saber un que área te asignarán

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
