Hiring procedure was quiet interesting, 3 rounds of interview with 1 Varsant test and that all was remotely. There was a gap of day in all the rounds, so that can applicant can be prepared. HR was supportive and gave the results proactively.

Two rounds completely for testing our communication skills.Talk well.Explain well and if yu are a Engineer who opt for some customer service role,Yu have to stay on your ground that yu won't leave the company within a short time.They won't be interested to give jobs to such persons who will switch jobs within a month or two.So make them clear that why yu need the job.
