I had to do an online test then within an hour or two they sent me a job offer letter. Didn't even have to talk to them on phone, or meet anyone in real life. Did a quick google search and was told to avoid.

Very straight forward, it involves a short overview of yourself and why your applying for the role then there are a short few key questions on the roll your trying to fill followed by a short demonstration of how you would deal with certain customer queries. Just be yourself and be confident!

Video interview. Very easy process.
Literally they just want to make sure you have the right equipment and that you are happy to work different shifts . The campaign I applied was for the 119 call advisor and I needed to be available between 6am and 11pm 7 days of the week. They will give you 2 random days a week off.
