I applied online for Teleperformance Portugal. The recruitment assistant called me one week later for a 30 mins conversation by phone using my mother language. Then I had to do the language proficiency tests in both languages, typing speed test, customer scenarios and questions about my motivation and experiences. The test lasts for 2 hours and I got a call from him on the same day, that my tests were successful and very good. He told me, that Wish is hiring about 30-40 people until the end of December for the Hungarian Customer Representative role. He also told me, he sees good chances for me as I speak fluent in both languages and my tests were great. The next day (Friday), I had the final interview with a lady. I done my best and give her really good answers and situation examples and she was happy with my answers. They told me, I will get feedback by Monday evening or no late than Tuesday morning. I didn't get. So I sent him an e-mail asking for my feedback. He never answered to me, but previously told me that my chances are very good and they are hiring about 30-40 people for the same position. The lady called me back and she was very confused how to explain me the situation. She didn't even use proper English. She told me that Wish has stopped the selection process for this position and they will keep my data for further job openings. So the whole 1 week procedure was fake and misleading, they were telling me false promises. I was fully prepared to move to Portugal in 1 week, because of this misleading job interview. Such a disappointment.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
