I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview took place in three steps. Interview with the manager, typing speed and technical knowledge test and group interview. I got a call within a week of applying through indeed. The lady told me to come in at any convenient time during specific time slots.
First, I was asked to fill up and online questionnaire, a typing speed test and a written test. The written test asked me about 10-15 questions. All tech related.
Then I was called for an interview with the manager. He asked 3/4 basic customer service related questions.
I was called the day after for the third step of the interview which was a group interview. At this point, I realized everyone else that was called for this step was in their late 20s and early 30s with way more experience than I do. The questions were pretty straightforward about their related job experience.

For the interview process they just asked a few questions and have you take a few assessments for customer service type situations. Pretty simple and quick process overall. Only took a day.
