Interview
The hiring process started with a computer literacy test and a typing test to determine how many words can be typed per minute. After that you critique a call pertaining to someone's auto insurance. After the call you have an interview where several scenarios are given to you and respond.

It was quick and pretty straightforward and asked about training schedule amd would you be able to attend the first 90 days with no issue and if you are then they let you know a start date

It was easy and on zoom. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. It took about 30 minutes all together. The employers were very nice. They explained the job well and made sure i knew they were there to help
