Telephone Call this was more casual just getting to know you andnot asking much when on the phone, was then given a choice of dates to go in for the assessment. Assessment such as questions and numeric questions, Telephone Call was asked a few questions making sure to use the word empathy and compassion within the interview and customer service.

About my interview it's very exciting and challenging , and at the same time the interviewer is very professional when doing the interview with me . They even gave me an advice so I can do a really good job once I got I hired in the company.
